Today in Siem Reap, we learned about the story of Angkor and the Khmer empire at the interactive Angkor Museum. We had the chance to explore the museum's inspiring galleries and interactive technology, which bring Angkor's past to life. For a full experience, there was an option to rent an audio guide.

From touring the floating villages of Tonlé Sap, we were able to see what life is like living on a lake -- rice planting, pig farming, even attending churches and school, are all done on top of water.

Ready to ride into the sunset? After a safety briefing and test drive, we hopped on a nifty quad bike and followed our guide through the scenic countryside surrounding Siem Reap. There, we passed rice fields, buffalo, temples, and small villages bathed in dusk light. We ended the ride with a stop at a viewpoint to enjoy a memorable Cambodian sunset.
